Lallybroch Castle Magnificent house with pool and river

Next to the center (3.8 km), the property is located at the beginning of the waterfall route and 500 meters from the region's main cachaçarias and sights. Built 1 year ago in an area of 2500m2 in a rustic and cozy style, the house offers several leisure options. Covered area with an air-conditioned pool with hydro, barbecue,  garden, abundant fauna and flora, small trail by the virgin forest, Espaço Sunset and a beautiful river of clear waters with natural pool in the yard. The space AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE! This is our hosting proposal. Number of guests: up to 8 people can accommodate an extra 5 guests for a fee. We also book rooms for 1, 2, 3 or up to 4 people. Built on an area of 500 m2 within an environmental reserve of 2,500 m2, @Lallybroch_Castle brings together nature, comfort and leisure. The house has 3 floors. The ground floor has two comfortable triple suites, both with hot/cold air conditioning. Suite 01 has 1 queen box bed and 1 single sofa bed. Suite 02 has 2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed. The 2 beds can be set up for 1 queen bed. The living room has cable TV and WIFI. Integrated with the dining room for 12 people and the open concept kitchen with island, transform the dining moment into a pleasant family experience. Bathroom and full service area. All environments are equipped and decorated. The Natural Illumination and Ventilation are on account of the 8-metre-high glass painel with wooden frames leading to a charming balcony with a magnificent view of the nature. On the 2nd floor, guests can enjoy 2 more suites. Suite 03 has 50m2 and a balcony with a lush panoramic river view. It has 1 king bed and 1 bicama bed. It accommodates up to 4 people. Suite 04 has 2 single beds and a comfortable 4-seat sofa, plus a river view. Comporta up to 3 people. Both with hot/cold air conditioning. Boiler system with solar heating ensures hot water in every room in the house. The property has a generator for possible power outage. The burnt cement floor and stone columns impose beauty, sophistication and rusticity on the environment. The façade, covered by hand carved natural stones one by one, is a reference to the medieval castles of Europe. The bromeliad fence wall completes the charm of the entrance. Descending into the yard at river level, we find a large leisure area covered with barbecue, refrigerator, tables with chairs, air-conditioned pool and bathroom. On the banks of the river, guests can rest on the Sunset Space network while enjoying the sunset view or bathing in the natural swimming pool. The access to the river is made by a small and smooth 4-step staircase with handrail and is inside the backyard, just steps from the leisure area. All this with complete privacy. As if that were not enough, our backyard also has a small native vegetation trail with centenary and bamboo trees. The property has 2 security cameras in the outdoor area, located at the main entrance and in the backyard. Guest access Located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in the city, @Lallybroch _Castle is located on a paved, tree-lined street, with a bike path and within walking distance of the Estrada Real Paraty-Cunha (50 meters). Public transport (bus and van), commerce with cafeteria, bakery and supermarket on the corner of the street. Uber and Taxi work very well. Choices of several surrounding restaurants (some accessed on foot). Delivery system works perfectly. In the house, access to the leisure area can be done by outdoor staircase or descent ramp for pedestrians and vehicles. Easy access to the river by the tiny staircase that is a few steps from the heated pool and barbecue. Garage access covered by the electronic gate. Private parking for 10 vehicles at no additional cost. Other things to note Guests can book the entire place or only the rooms. During FLIP 2025, we will be accepting reservations for private suites with daily rates starting at 700.00 for 2 to 4 people. Minimum of 3 nights. Available for reservations for small events of up to 50 people. Value upon request. For reveillon and carnival periods, a minimum of 4 nights. For common periods, minimum of 3 nights. We accept 1 small pet up to 10kg. (fee 200.00 per stay) We offer bedding, table and bath linen at no additional cost.
