At just 20 minutes from Harbin Hot Springs and the Clearlake Resort Area,the Nest Studio Apartment is cozy at its best. Located with a view of Bliss Mountain aka Jerusalem Ranch. Guests have access to our 40 private acres of beauty and wonderful hiking trails. Also guest have access to the facilities at the main house (our home) which is at the upper part of the ranch. They include a sundeck with panoramic 360 views, outdoor shower, hot tub, and the Sacred Quan Yin meditation area. The space When you first enter the space your bedazzled by the beautiful colors and original art work . This is cozy at its best. There is wonderful fluffy top queen sized bed with a heated mattress pad which you can enjoy as you watch movies on the 60 inch flat screen TV with an amazing dolby surround sound system. There plenty of room for your belongings in the mirrored sliding door closet with a full dresser inside. There is a small living area with a fold out futon sofa that can accommodate two more guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. For elegant dining we have a vintage fold out oak table that can seat four or more. The art deco style bathroom has a antique futuristic feeling. with a round shower that will beam you up. There is a lovely sundeck up stairs with a stunning nature view of the valley below and our Magical Tepee area. Guest access At the upper part of Bliss Mountain (a hike or drive up the hill) guests can soak up breathtaking sunsets and sunrises from our sundeck and therapeutic hot tub under the dark sky. There are also many unique features to enjoy such as a sculpted outdoor shower, a life size Mermaid with wings (Aquathena) and a Magical Stalactite Cave. Also our Sacred Quan Yin meditation area next to the soothing sounds of two sculpted waterfalls flowing into the Sacred Blessing Pools. In the warmer months Watsu massage sessions are available in The Blessing pools. Hike our trails scattered with sparkling Lake County “diamonds” – explore an old vineyard, mossy oak forest and sweeping views of Hidden Valley Lake, snow capped mountains and the mysterious, mystical dormant volcano Mt. Konocti. We invite all guest to visit The Bliss Mountain Temple. The Temple space is a world of its own. It has clouds painted on all the walls and ceiling and is home to an amazing art Gallery that feature the works of Karma Moffet the famous San Francisco Bay Area Artist and others. Karma is also a life Musician well known for Healing Sound Journey Sessions. Optional Offerings and events that can be arranged in the Temple are: Therapeutic Sound Journeys, musical performances with Karma, Taressa Bell, Halle Blessing and other artist. We are close to Harbin Hot Springs, Hidden Valley Lake and Golf Course, Clearlake Marina, Mt. Konocti State Park, and over 35 wineries in Lake County, Napa, Mendocino and Sonoma. Lake County has been ranked by the American Lung Association as having the cleanest air in the nation, some of the darkest skies and brightest stars for stargazing near the Bay Area, geothermal springs, the oldest lake in the continental United States. All guests have access to our gated 40 private acres with hiking trails meandering through native oak forests – we have a spa-like serene and peaceful healing retreat experience near the world famous Harbin Hot Springs (20 minutes away) and our own therapy tub that you can use during your stay. The house is gated, very private, and the land has a peaceful, stillness that guests find rejuvenating. (Deep sleep and restorative silence.) It’s perfect for a group retreat or a family reunion with sleeping space for up to 12 adults and children, safe gated parking, and a dining table that accommodates dinner for 12. An optional workshop/performance space and additional lodging is available on the property for larger groups – including campsites, a tipi, and a trailer. Fantastic chef’s kitchen equipped with everything your group needs to make a big dinner. Perfect for a family reunion, destination wedding, filming your YouTube video with spectacular scenery, a personal healing journey or yoga/meditation workshop/retreat. It’s also wonderful for getting creative, focused artistic or creative projects done – with three separate desk/work areas and no interruptions. The cottage is also an inspiring place to record or play music and even a piano! Many vocalists, performers, sound healers and painters have been inspired to create magic here.
