As my guest, you will have full owner’s privileges - 6 passes to the waterpark, free Wi-Fi, fitness center, shuttle bus, on-site free parking. Your phone #, email & address are required by the resort prior to check-in The space If you are looking for dates for Spring Break or any other dates not open on the calendar, let me know and I can check availability at the resort. 7 Night Rental only. existing reservations have the check-in day already picked. If you need the day changed contact me to if it is available. Check-in can only be on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The unit sleeps 6, two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and 2 full baths. There is a shared washer and dryer. There is a large deck with access from either the living room or the bedroom. Partial maid service is available every day. If you don't need service, put the "do not disturb" sign on the outside of your door. There are shuttles buses that run around the resort. You can use these to go anywhere on the resort. There is a Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge trolley stop near the resort entrance. The Gatlinburg trolley is now free. Get off at the Welcome Center to get a weekly pass for the Pigeon Forge trolley. Discounts to area attractions are available in the resort lobby. Guest access Early check-in MAY be available. Check-in at the desk after 2 pm.. They will tell if your unit is ready. They will put the unit on priority for cleaning and text or call you when it is ready. This is a benefit due to my owner status. You can use the resort facilities while waiting for your room - pool, water park etc. Ask for your parking pass so you can enter the resort. You DO NOT have to go to any sales meeting. If asked just say no. You are my guest. The Resort is a timeshare property. As my guest, you are under NO obligation to attend a presentation. Other things to note You can bring pets. There is a pet cleaning fee of $150 and a $150 security deposit hold for pet (released at check out). An additional $150.00 USD per reservation penalty will be charged for Pet Dogs unreported to the Front Desk at check-in and found in the room/suite (also known as an “Unauthorized Pet Dog Penalty Fee”). Up to 2 dogs are allowed per unit and the combined weight of both pets must not exceed 60 pounds. No other types of animals are permitted on property. Breed restrictions apply.
