Within walking distance, you’ll find the Red River and an expansive park featuring walking and biking trails, picnic areas, and a public swimming pool — perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The apartment is also close to the University of North Dakota, Ralph Engelstad Arena, and the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, making it ideal for families, professionals, and visiting students. Please note that the property is located near downtown on a busy street. During the daytime, there may be some traffic noise; however, in the evenings, traffic typically slows down and the area becomes much quieter. Spacious, centrally located, and full of character, the Gateway apartment provides a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay in Grand Forks. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire three-bedroom Gateway apartment during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathroom(s), living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. The unit has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces. Parking is available on-site and/or nearby for your convenience. Self check-in instructions, including entry details and access codes, will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you need anything during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away and happy to assist. Other things to note If you are planning a long-term stay and notice that this property is not available on your desired dates, please contact the host directly — we may still be able to accommodate you or provide suitable alternative options. Before your departure, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights and ensure that any dishes you have used are properly cleaned. We also respectfully request that no leftover food be left on plates or inside the refrigerator; please dispose of all food items in the garbage prior to check-out. For linens, please remove only the used bedsheets and place them, along with all used towels, inside the trash bag provided under the kitchen counter.
