The Airbnb unit (B) is approximately 1300sq ft., 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Each bedroom has a 45 inch smart tv, with a 70 inch smart tv in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with storage space underneath, a large master closet and desk. The master bath has double vanities and walk in shower. Extra blankets and pillows are in the master closet Towels and bath cloths are in the linen closet and shower amenities are provided. The smaller bedrooms have full size beds with a trundle pullout bed underneath. The floors are stained concrete through out the home. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and bottled water is in the pantry. Washer & dryer and laundry and dryer sheets A stainless steel propane grill is available for guests to use. Please be sure to clean after use. Trash bags, cleaning products and pet supplies are located under the kitchen sink. Guest access The home is yours to enjoy for your stay. The back patio is small, the grill is kept in the garage and maybe pulled out for use. Outside camping chairs are also in the garage for you to use. Dogs must be kept on a lease and crated if left in the home while you are gone. Other things to note The home is in the quite area. A family does live next door. Parking is in the drive our out front of the home on the street. For any items left that you want to keep I can ship them to you, but you will be responsible for the postage. Pets are welcome in the home, the pet fee per pet is $50.00. We do have outside cameras located at the garage, patio and sides and a ring camera located at the front door. The camera do record sound.
