Other things to note ● Please take off shoes at the entrance. ● Only burn dried hardwood in the fireplace. ● Wood from the backyard is for the fire-pit, not the indoor fireplace. ● No smoking allowed inside the house. ● Enjoy the beauty of Vermont’s wildlife—bears may pass through, so please secure food properly. ● Pet Policy: - Please note that there is a $175 fee for the first pet and $100 for the second pet. - No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds. - We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. - Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds. - Please clean up after your pets. - Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
