Perfect retreat for large families, friends, or couples looking for a beautiful & unique setting near downtown. The first floor of Loft 40 is a great space to gather and play. We have a pool table, dart board, giant jenga, putting green, and ping pong table. Through the garage on the first floor is a private backyard great for entertaining around the propane firepit or playing with your favorite furry friend. The second floor is an beautiful open space with large windows and exposed brick. The kitchen overlooks the entire space including the dining room area, breakfast table, and living room. The living room features a swanky green, tufted coach surrounding a 80" TV mounted on the wall. The third floor is where the sleeping quarters and master bathroom is. The sleeping area is an open concept with a combination of walls, dividers and full room curtains. There is one fully enclosed queen bedroom, a second queen bed enclosed by room dividers, a third queen divided by 2.5 walls and a full curtain, a twin drundle bed, and a king bed enclosed by three walls and a full curtain and divider. The master bathroom features a stunning, tiled shower and two sinks. Guests will have access to all 3 floors of the property, including an outdoor patio off of the 1st floor. Hosts are available via phone an text during guests stay. We are local so we are available in person if needed. Parties are not allowed. Only guests on the reservation may be in the property. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking inside the property or on the patio of the property. No confetti please due to the extra clean up required.
