The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also. There are quite a few stairs and no quiet hours. You are above a venue. It could be loud, but not past midnight. The space There are 3 bed rooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all of the basics for making a real meal. Other things to note The loft is on the second floor of a historic building, there are a lot of stairs. Also, it is above an event venue, it could be loud sometimes, and there are no quiet hours due to being downtown.
