Close to Murphy's, Lake Malones, good hiking & golf spots and has all of the amenities you need including a BBQ area, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, rec center & more! This is NOT an "Instant Book" listing which means your listing is not confirmed until I "accept" the reservation so please be on the lookout from a message from me to go through some pointers! Namely, I will ask you to confirm you've read this listing to make sure you have no surprises! ** Please note this resort does not have elevators and you may be assigned a 2nd or 3rd floor unit (if this is a concern, please message me to see if a "mobility/ADA accessible" unit is available ** This is a timeshare resort and, as my guest, there's a high probability that you will be invited to a timeshare presentation. Attending is NOT REQUIRED (nor recommended!), but it's important you know this up front so you are prepared with your firm "NO" :) Images in this listing are stock images and, as such, are EXAMPLES and will vary. I cannot guarantee a specific unit, view or building as units are assigned by the front desk staff at check-in, but I can guarantee the unit type you will be getting which means you will NOT be surprised at check-in to learn your unit is not what you booked (i.e. if I tell you that you have a 2 bedroom queen, you will not arrive to find your unit is a 2 bd twin or a 1 bd, etc). NO SMOKING IN UNITS INCLUDING BALCONY/PATIO! If you are a smoker, please ask the front desk staff for designated smoking areas. ******* NO PETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *********** If you have a service animal, you must notify me in writing BEFORE booking. WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE IN UNIT. The daily fee for WiFi is $4.95 for 2 devices or $15.95 for 2 devices for 10 days. Parking --> FREE on site but if you have a non standard vehicle (ie an RV or other large vehicle), please ask before booking. Beds in the unit: Bedroom 1 = ONE king bed Bedroom 2 = ONE queen bed Bedroom 3 = TWO twin beds Living Room = ONE queen murphy bed (note that there is also a couch to sit on but it is not a sleeper) Required for check in 1) 21 years or older; ID used for check-in will need to match the name I give them 2) credit card (the resort will put a temporary hold on your credit card of $250, similar to a hotel). This is refunded to you upon checkout (provided no items are missing or damaged, same as a hotel). Check-in time is 4PM. If you arrive earlier the main office can hold your bags for you at reception, but an early check-in is not guaranteed. Check-out time is 10AM NO LATE CHECKOUTS ARE ALLOWED. This is not my policy, it is the resort's policy and unfortunately there are no exceptions (if you need to check out later then an extra night will be needed). Because this is a vacation club and professionally managed resort, I will NOT be physically available to help you should you encounter any issues. By booking a unit with me you are agreeing to contacting the front desk staff FIRST before reaching out to me to report any issues because they can help you much faster than I could. I am committed to helping you as much as I can, but there's only so much I can do while being remote! Rest assured that, because this is professionally managed by Wyndham, your notices to the front desk and request for assistance are not ignored. This rental includes all of the items you'd expect such as: - Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats - Pool/hot tub towels - Bath soap - Dish soap - Laundry soap - Dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, assorted small appliances (i.e. toaster, coffee maker, microwave) - Place mats - Grill tools for resorts with grills on decks (like this one!) Amenities on property include a BBQ area, basketball court, children's playground, children's pool, rec center with games, fitness center, hot tub, picnic area, and multiple outdoor heated swimming pools. ** If there is a specific amenity you are really wanting to use, please ask me before booking so that I can confirm with the resort that it is in working order ** Pool & Hot Tub Information: The pools, children's pools and hot-tubs are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Guest access Are you booking with a specific amenity in mind? Please ask me BEFORE booking so that I can confirm it is in working order! You will have access to all of the amenities listed above.
