Guest access The guest can access the entire indoor and outdoor lanai area of our house, with the exception of the closet in the living room, which is for our privacy. No garage access. Guests are allowed to park a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Other things to note Guests are advised not to walk on the tiled floor with wet feet to avoid falling. Important information: POOL: swimming pool heated up to 80 degrees, lounge chairs, patio furniture, screened lanai, beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella. GUESTS: up to 9 guests. Guests must obtain the owner's permission to accommodate more than 6 people in the house. A fee of $50 USD per night is charged for unregistered guests. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. Violations of this policy will be subject to a minimum fee of $250. No Smoking - Smoking, vaping, piping or drugs of any kind are not allowed in the house. Guests MUST be over 21 years of age. *Please note that street parking is prohibited at any time due to homeowners association rules. Boat parking is also prohibited.* Guests are provided with a starter set of hygiene products such as hair shampoo, body shampoo, liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent, a rag, a brush for cleaning the sink, toilet paper, trash bags for two trash cans. Those items will not be restocked during your stay. Cans for trash and recyclables are located on the outside left side of the house. This is where you can throw sorted waste into cans. Gas cylinders for grilling are not provided. CAMERA: There is a camera located at the front of the house.
