It includes a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. Conveniently located just blocks from Indian Creek Plaza, dining, shopping, entertainment, Fairview Golf Course, & Memorial Park. One mile from the College of Idaho and Caldwell Rodeo and just a short drive to the wineries and tasting rooms of the Sunny Slope Wine Trail . Other things to note The Penthouse Apartment is on the second floor with a completely private entrance and stairway (on the first floor is professional office space). The spacious apartment includes a full kitchen with an apartment size stove and dishwasher, a roomy comfortable living room with a dedicated workspace and two large bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom and a king bed in the second bedroom. Retaining much of the charm of the era, the bathroom includes the original clawfoot tub/shower. Please note the Penthouse Apartment is on the second floor (17 stairs) and accessed by a private interior staircase. We love children and for that reason we want to clarify that this upstairs space is not suitable for toddlers or early walkers as the open stairway could present a safety hazard.
