Main floor has everything from a comfy couch, chairs and HD 50"tv w/ ROKU to the wooden dining table and chairs. The main floor patio overlooks the 500' seawall with amazing views of birds, dolphins, sea turtles and with any luck a manatee or two! The evening sunsets are amazing. The newly renovated river view pool is just a few doors down with lots of lounge chairs and tables. The laundry room holds the Kayak accessories, with life jackets, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys, as well as a full-size washer and dryer (including detergent). Beach towels and hats are located in the entrance way along . Just steps outside are the 2 kayaks which can be launch on the side of the building. The main floor bath has a large walk-in shower and is stocked with soaps, lotion and high-quality towels. The Back Patio is 15' from the water's edge and has enough comfy seating to watch the SeaLife, Boats and Sunsets while enjoying an evening cocktail. The upstairs offers privacy with 2 large Bedrooms each with a King size bed, quality linens and extra pillows and blankets. The MBR's balcony overlooking the river makes you feel like you are floating on the water. There's a Coffee bar, double closets, hotel robes, as well as a wall mounted 50" HDTV with ROKU. The second large bedroom also has a King size bed, walk-in closet, portable crib and a wall mounted ROKU TV. There is an Iron and ironing board, as well as extra pillows and blankets. The expanded upstairs bath features double sinks, a large walk-in shower, quality towels, a blow dryer in both bathrooms and extras from toiletries to Q-tips and nail polish remover. The whole town home is yours except the hall owner's closet. We have resources close by if you have problems or questions. Pt Matanzas is a small private community of 42 town homes on the inter-coastal side of Crescent Beach. Very few of the units are rentals and the residents are very welcoming to everyone. The large pool has recently been renovated and overlooks the wide expanse of the Matanzas River with 500 ft long sea wall and a 6-slip boat dock with a cleaning station. The neighborhood is located away from the congestion of the large condominiums with mostly private homes along the beach. Because of this, the beach is not as crowded -we love to walk across the street and watch the sunrise or stroll in the evenings without the craziness that the bigger developments create. There is plenty of parking with one spot marked for you directly in front of the unit. Crescent beach is within walking distance across the street. Several great restaurants are within a mile, as well as, the drive over onto the beach (4 wheel drive cars are recommended to drive on the beach). There are several boat ramps and boat storage within a few blocks. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away and offer pick up or delivery. The Kayaks are located across the parking area in the owners' boat storage area and are well marked. The liability waiver will be sent for you before check in for use of the kayaks.
