Forest Cabin is located on a small 8-acre gentleman’s farm in Forest, Virginia just outside of Lynchburg. It is just an easy 10-minute drive to Liberty University, shopping and dining and only 20 minutes to downtown Lynchburg. In addition, there are many great dining options in Forest just a few minutes drive from the cabin. Forest Cabin is located behind the owner’s property just within view. There is a separate driveway access and parking area for the cabin. The space Guests are welcome to walk around the property directly behind the cabin and take in the beautiful surroundings or visit with any of the animals. Guest access Forest Cabin is accessed by the pea gravel driveway off of the main road. Vehicles should park in the gravel area adjacent to the cabin. Extra vehicles may park in the wooded area where they can find space. The cabin has a coded lock at the entrance. Other things to note Most sleeping spaces are located upstairs in the loft (2 single beds, 1 full bed and an IKEA fold out cushion); however, if maneuvering the alternating staircase is a problem or if you have a large party, the sofa also makes into a bed. (Linens are located inside of the ottoman.) The TV has local channels via an antenna; however, you are welcome to bring your own streaming device to plug into the HDMI.
