I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible. This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 6 beds. The private backyard features a projector and a fire table. If you plan to use the fire table, please let me know in advance so I can ensure propane is stocked. The BBQ grill is a combination smoker, and charcoal is provided. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite wood chips to customize their grilling experience. A cooler and a full grill utensil set are also provided at no additional charge. Each bedroom has its own split-unit system, allowing guests to control the heat or air conditioning independently for personalized comfort. the split units must all be set to the same Mode (sun for heat, snowflake for air conditioning). If all units are not set to the same mode, there will be an E7 error that will go away once resolved. There is occasional construction activity next door during standard working hours. Additionally, the home is located on a main road in Brooklyn. While indoor noise levels are generally comfortable, guests who are extremely sensitive to city sounds may want to take this into consideration. Brooklyn is a vibrant, diverse urban community with a mix of cultures, people, and energy. The neighborhood is centrally located with excellent access to public transportation and major roadways.
