The space The spacious indoor and outdoor living areas are perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family or friends. The beautiful bright living room is very pleasant to live in, its kitchen equipped with central island is ideal for gathering and sharing friendly moments (oven, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster...). Its living room area has a smart TV and is installed facing the sea. Enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the white sand beach, relax on the sunbeds or in the outdoor lounge while admiring this unique sea view. Each of the 4 bedrooms with independent access from the terraces are equipped with every comfort. They have king size beds, dressing room, smart TV and private bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are available: a bedroom with terrace view and a 2nd bedroom directly facing the sea. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms are available, both with incredible sea views and access to the large terrace overlooking the property. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. Possibility of providing you with baby equipment: baby bed (please provide your bed linen), highchair, etc. depending on availability. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine is available to guests. Guest access The villa is fully accessible to guests. Other things to note Included in the rental rate: Wi-Fi, cleaning and change of linens (sheets, towels...) 1 x 4 days, pool maintenance 2 x week and beach maintenance. Additional fees, to be paid by the guest at check-out: your water and electricity consumption (6 THB/kWh) We can arrange your transfer from the airport for an extra fee. A security deposit of THB 20,000 (or in another currency) to cover any damage or deterioration must be paid at check-in. The security deposit will be returned at check-out.
