The ideal retreat to disconnect from urban centers, enjoy nature, breathe the fresh air of the countryside and enjoy the silence. 🏡🍃 The space We comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (including children) Children up to 2 years old are complimentary (sleeping with parents) House with 3 bedrooms (one of which is an en-suite). Adjoining the en-suite, we have one more room where we have left a double bed and desk for a home office. We provide BASIC LINEN: Fitted sheet, pillows and pillowcases. (Full bedding set is not included, only the items mentioned above 👆🏼) You'll have to bring: blankets and towels. (Bedspread if necessary) All rooms have air-conditioning. (hot and cold function) 1 social bathroom Living room with sofa bed, TV with Netflix Dining room. Kitchen equipped with: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, pots, dishes, glasses, wine opener… Our outdoor area has: Swimming pool with waterfall, with a beautiful view of the dam. Wooden playground near the soccer field. Guest access We are located in a neighborhood of Chácaras, inns, marinas… very quiet and more secluded region, about 14km from the main center of Joanópolis. Neighborhood: ESTRADA DO PAIOL GRANDE, near the Yatch Club São Francisco. *After booking, we'll send you the exact location via mobile. From the asphalt to the farm, we have about 4km of dirt road to travel, quiet road to travel any type of vehicle. In rainy periods there may be some slippery spots, so come with care. Casa 200m from Jaguari Dam. With free access to guests. We have a private Pier, shared only with our neighbor in the background. Our guests will be able to use it. WE DO NOT HAVE A SUITABLE RAMP FOR VESSELS TO DESCEND. Other things to note The place and the house are not suitable for parties and events. We cherish for the comfort and safety of our guests, as we want to have peace of mind when making the reservations. PROPERTY HAS A CARETAKER. He lives on the farm, in a house away from the main house. Your pet is always welcome and should be informed when booking that you will be part of the group. (Charged fee) Only 1 small pet allowed, per lodging. We ask that you take care not to damage the furniture in general and take care to pee and poop in an appropriate place (grass or litter box).
