Unwind & enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit with orchestra seating for the sunset over the gorgeous lake while listening to the sweet call of the loons. Paddle boards, kayaks & canoe supplied. The space THE SPACE: Dragonfly Cottage boasts an open concept living space where every window frames picturesque Province Lake & the surrounding hemlocks and pines. The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a first floor master (with one queen), and 2 loft bedrooms (one with full bed and one with 3 twins). The two loft bedrooms are open to the living area (but are separated by a wall) which allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake from the loft. The guests have access to speedy wi-fi, Sling TV and an Alexa for music or news. KITCHEN: The chef's kitchen boasts new stainless appliances, soapstone counters, a double, country sink and a breakfast bar for serving. If you like to cook you will appreciate the accessories: Cuisinart pots and pans, casserole dishes, cake pans, pie plates, blender, toaster oven, lovely tableware and much more. DINING AREA: The kitchen opens to a dining area with a farm table that seats 6-7 people comfortably. There are plenty room to enjoy games and puzzles. LIVING AREA: There living area has a comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, a padded chair and flat screen TV to watch your favorite movie. The host supply sling TV and you can stream any shows you fancy. BATH & O/D SHOWER There is 1 full bathroom with a large shower. Hot water is on demand so there is no need to rush a relaxing shower. There is also an outdoor shower for the summer months. BEDROOMS: MAIN BEDROOM - 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, double closet, dresser & bedside table 2nd BEDROOM - 2nd floor loft - one wall is open to the living area. It has a full size bed, bedside table, and a dresser. 3rd BEDROOM - 2nd floor loft - one wall is ope to the living area. It has 3 twins, 2 bedside tables and a dresser. OUTDOOR TOYS: There are plenty of water toys for the guest to enjoy which include: 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 3 inner tubes, assorted paddles and life preservers. DECK: There is a large deck that spans the length of the house and overlooks Province Lake. There is a generous table, bench and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining. GRILL: There is a gas grill for guest use. FIREPIT: There is a lakeside firepit with 5 Adirondack chairs to relax and unwind and watch the sun set and rise over beautiful province lake. The hosts provide complimentary firewood (15 pieces) for guests to use. DOCK/PUT-IN AREA A 24 foot dock extends out into Province Lake to enjoy fishing or to hop on a canoe or kayak. There is a small 10-12 foot put in/sandy area that is great for a swim or paddle. PROVINCE LAKE: Province Lake is a peaceful 1000 acre lake. The lake is shallow and water gradually gets deeper as you walk out from the shore. It is great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming. The bottom of the lake is silty and a tiny bit rocky (about 4 feet out from the shore). So you may want to bring water shoes. Guest access There is a sizable driveway that fits 4 cars.
