The space This comfy estudio has a big window overlooking the lagoon and direct access to the beach, a private bathroom with shower, two double beds, air conditioning and SMART TV with Cable signal. We have free Wifi inside the studio, basic-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric grill, coffee maker, plates, glasses and basic cutlery. Towels and bed linen are provided. The condominium has an elevator, however you have to use stairs that could inconvenience people with limited mobility. Guest access By booking this accommodation you will be able to access the beach area, palapas, adult pool with jacuzzi, children's pool with water park, gardens, tennis court, beach and pool furniture and lounge chairs at no additional cost. (There may not be staff to clean or give you your beach loungers and you will have to clean or grab them from the lifeguard tower area and take them to your palapa, if there are no palapas available wait your turn). Other things to note We are 15 minutes by car from the Cancun airport, 10 minutes by car from Plaza la Isla, 15 minutes by car from the party and clubbing area, there are convenience stores open 24 hours and excellent restaurant options within a 10-minute walk from the condominium. We can help you book your transportation from the airport, we also have a concierge service to help you with advice or make your reservations for tours and activities. The buffet restaurant, pool bar, snack bar on the beach, convenience store inside the condominium and ATM are managed by an agent other than the condominium. Consumption must be paid directly at the establishment in cash or with a debit card or credit, any claim from these consumer sites must be made directly to the establishment; since we are not the administrators of these establishments, we disclaim any inconvenience, problem or claim that may arise within them.
