Thanks to its strategic location, you have the opportunity for pedestrian access to the most significant Prague landmarks, such as the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and the Prague Astronomical Clock. The space The apartment features a sunny interior with large French windows and a beautiful view of a quiet street. It offers one bedroom connected to the living room and kitchenette, including a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Fully furnished with top-quality modern furniture, spacious storage areas, a dining corner, and a living room with a high-quality sofa and a stylish teak coffee table. The living room includes a flat-screen TV and free streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, SkyShowtime, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and many local paid TV channels and radio stations, ensuring a wide variety of entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The space is fully air-conditioned with central air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the summer months. Guests can enjoy a large King-Size bed with a premium high mattress and comfortable cotton bedding. The private bathroom includes free toiletries, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a toilet, and a shower. The fully equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, oven, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery. We also offer our guests free Nescafé capsules in various flavors, tea and still water. The apartment has a capacity of two adults and two children under 18 years (the maximum capacity is four people). A fold-out sofa in the living room, measuring 200x160 cm, provides a full-sized bed for the children. Upon request, we can also provide a crib for one child, measuring 120x60 cm, complete with a mattress, protective bedding, pillow, and blanket. If you plan to stay with children, please inform us immediately after booking via Airbnb chat. Access to the building is secured by a chip, and entry to the apartment is via a key. The chip and key will be handed to you personally upon arrival. You will receive all details for a smooth check-in on the day of your arrival via Airbnb chat. Please note that parking is available at two paid parking lots located approximately 50 meters from the apartment, with prices ranging from 12 to 20 euros per 24 hours. The choice and reservation of the parking lot is entirely up to you; both lots are accessible from Křižíkova Street and are operated by external companies. Availability may be limited, so we recommend booking in advance. Motorcycle parking is also possible. The apartment is in a perfect location with excellent accessibility—15 minutes on foot to Prague's Old Town or two stops by Metro B. The Municipal House is 2 km away, Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock are 2.5 km away, Charles Bridge is 3.2 km, O2 Arena is 3.3 km, and Václav Havel Airport in Prague (PRG) is 16 km away. Guest access All areas in the apartment are available to you for the entire duration of your stay. Other things to note CHECK-IN We are responsible and comply with all the regulations prescribed by law and legislation. Please be ready to present your ID or passport for all guests at check-in. We also allow online check-in if you send us the documents of all staying guests via email, contact us through Airbnb chat. Early check-in depends on the availability of the apartment. We recommend checking availability on the day of arrival. If the apartment is available earlier, we do not charge for early check-in, and it is completely free from us. CHECK-OUT Before leaving, please make sure you have turned off all appliances, the TV, and all lights. Don't forget anything in the apartment. Leave the chip for the building's entrance door and the apartment key on the kitchen counter, and just slam the door shut. Late check-out depends on the availability of the apartment. We recommend checking the apartment's availability for late check-out on the day of arrival. If the room is available, we do not charge for late check-out, and it is completely free from us. SMOKING Our apartment is strictly non-smoking, and we also do not accept electronic cigarettes. It is forbidden to light any open fire, including burning candles or incense sticks. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to the rules. PARKING We would like to inform you that parking is available at two parking lots approximately 50 meters from the apartment. The choice of parking is entirely up to you; both parking lots are accessible from Křižíkova Street and are operated by an external company. The parking lots may have limited availability, so we recommend early reservation. Motorcycles can also park at the parking lots (max. 2 motorcycles per spot).
