The space The unit has a kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary Coffee, sugar, oil, salt and Pepper for your convenience. The BBQ grill is located in a common area, feel free to use. The laundry and dryer are located in a common area, feel free to use for stays of a week or longer. we also provide a clothes drying rack too. Our house is a smoke free facility, you can smoke outdoors but not indoor. Failure to do so , there will be a charge of 250 USD for deep cleaning.
