Take a swim in the oversized pool of this exclusive complex or walk right to the playita and sol! The space This is a two story townhome with an open concept. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining room, and extends to the patio pergola area and private pool. All bedrooms are on the second floor, and all equipped with A/Cs. There is a T.V. in the living room area, and 2 more upstairs. There are a total of 7 beds, enough to fit 10 people. Bedroom #2 has a king sized bed, full bathroom, T.V., and a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view! Notes: 1 towel provided per guest There is no Central AC downstairs, only in the bedrooms. We installed central fans due to high requests. There is no Hot Water. Guest access The house is in a private complex. The complex has 24/7 security and offers various amenities. Inside the complex you will have access to 4 parking spots. Besides your private pool, the complex also has a large communal pool, kids pool, common areas to lounge and direct access to the beach front. All just a 3 minute walk from the backyard. Other things to note Located beside Hotel Tesoro Beach, this home is in the heart of La Costa del Sol and right on the most beautiful beach in the area. There are various restaurants close by offering a multitude of fresh seafood, meats and cocktail options.
