The space In the main house, the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. Both suites have a gas shower. The social bathroom has an electric shower. In the secondary house, it is necessary to move between the suite and the bedroom to access the exit door and the bathroom. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and the bathroom has an electric shower. Cable TV in 1 of the suites and in the living room. Guest access The guest has access to all the rooms described in the property listing and the outside area. Other things to note The property is 3 min from downtown, 10 min from Cabo Frio, 15 min from Arraial do Cabo and 30 min from Búzios. (In high season and holidays this time can vary a lot).
