This fully renovated 1800s farm house is located on a dirt road in the heart of a 400+ acre working farm. The 3-bedroom house overlooks the swimming pond and pastures. The farm has a great network of trails for hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Chatham is a charming small town with an independent movie theatre, a bakery, coffee shop, cheese shop, local brewery, local food co-op, several restaurants, an independent bookstore, and a farmer’s market in season. Other things to note We are available by phone through out the duration of your stay and our main farm house is just across the street should you need us to stop by for any reason.
