All-inclusive package not included in Airbnb price, calculated based on package selection or decline. The space Up to 11 rooms: This listing includes 9 bedrooms, 8 units (one is a two bedroom). You can send a request for pricing for the additional 2 casitas if you require more rooms. As Airbnb only allows up to 9 bedrooms (8 casita) for pricing, this is how we separate out the pricing. If you do not want these rooms, they will not be available to your guests during your stay. These 9 rooms that are included with the listing can accommodate 18-23 people. This casita has a TV and Kitchen. Naranja: 2 bedroom, Naranja has a bonus twin bunk and sofa. (Sleeps between 5-6) ------Private units without full kitchen---- Private bath, private entry, wet bar. Verde: garden view, matrimonial bed, desk area, wet bar Turquesa: pool view, king bed, wet bar. -----1 bedroom----- Casa Roja features a large bathtub, galley kitchen, desk area, and King bed with small patio. --------------- Additional casitas by request and additional payment if needed: Morada: large studio casita with private attached bathroom, king bed, wet bar Violeta: casita with King bed, private attached bath and wet bar ------------------------------------------------- POOLS: 3 salt water swimming pools. One large pool for your group with water activities, one cocktail pool that gets partial shade around 10am , one "VIP" pool that is great for reading and has a roof cover. PRIVACY: You have the place to yourself and it is very private with fenced yard. Complete with private security. WIFI: we have 2 wifi service providers to ensure we stay connected. MASSAGE/SPA: Private massage room with dedicated staff for massage and other services by appointment. CLEANING: On-demand, but available. FOOD: Food services to order or we can arrange private chef services for your stay. You may also decline these packages. Around $59 per person for dinner. BAR: Private to your stay, this area is a great communal area for those who want to stay up late but don't want to wake other members of your party. Bar staff available on request but not included. YOGA: 2 primary platforms where most guests do yoga or meditation WATER: All water on-site is filtered through professional system and safe to drink. ACTIVITES/EXCURSIONS: We've spent years developing relationships with some of the best and exclusive tour providers around. We partner with some excursion providers that are exclusive to us since we do large groups. WALK TO BEACH: 3-5 minute walk with street lights. We are on the main road to the Potrero beach that has sidewalks on the main paved road. Moreover, there is a grocery/restaurants/shops between us and the beach so you're able to grab any extras you need for your day. LOCATION: Just off the main road but about 200 meters, this property provides proximity to many things but shelter from the noise and public access. GARDENS: Many of the plants and trees on property are intentional and we use what you see onsite for meals, medicinal purposes, etc. CONCIERGE: Concierge service that will help with everything end-to-end of your stay. SPECIAL EVENTS: We don't charge extra for special events. We can provide you a price list of estimates based on what we've seen in the past for various services offered by other providers and are happy to coordinate with these providers. RETREATS: We do work with many retreat facilitators and have extensive contacts in various disciplines. MANAGEMENT: Our locally based staff have extensive experience with Costa Rica and event management for major annual cultural events in NYC and large international music festivals. Guest access You will have a private guard for the property and be able to access by keypad. Each individual unit has it's own unique keycode as well- we don't want you to worry about keys. There are some areas that are locked off that are for the cleaning, restaurant, maintenance, etc staff. Other things to note Pricing: Pricing on Airbnb is based on up to 16 guests. There is an additional charge of $30 per person per night for each guest over 16 guests. All-inclusive: The admin assistant will help customize this for you if your group wants all-inclusive. Cat-herding: Having difficulty to get your group on the same page? We have a bunch of custom surveys you can send to your group and we send you the results. Dietary Restrictions: We have experience with guests needing specific accommodations whether it be dietary or other, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to help. Nature: While we are private, nature and the culture of Costa Rica is here with us. The monkeys and other animals may visit the property on a daily basis because this is their home. We have maintained the canopy so they can continue their migration. Measurements: The measurements on the blueprints are approximate and were not physically measured.
