The space Welcome to "Canvas," an artist's sanctuary nestled on the 4th floor in the heart of Yerevan, just a 2-minute walk from Saryan Street. This apartment, belonging to a world-traveling artist, reflects her soul and creativity in every detail. Building and Location: Secure and refurbished, the building's communal areas are wide and well-lit, offering a welcoming entrance to this top-floor retreat. Living Room: Enter into a white-walled living space adorned with a large, captivating painting. A retro leather sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table invite relaxation. The bookshelf is filled with authentic books, personal to the artist. Notice the reclaimed wooden piece with drawers, all crafted by the owner herself. In place of a TV, the room radiates harmony and energy. Kitchen: The kitchen, part of the open-plan living area, showcases a blend of wood and custom-designed black metal. This metal, salvaged from a building fire, now serves as a unique kitchen decor, telling a story of transformation. Dining and Views: A dining table sits conveniently on the left, with panoramic windows and French balconies framing stunning views of Yerevan, especially enchanting in the summer. Bathroom: The bathroom features unique items collected from around the world, each with its own story. Functionality meets artistry here, complete with high-quality toiletries. Bedroom: The bedroom is airy, minimally furnished but with ample storage. A king-size bed with a premium mattress is set against large windows that lead to a typical old Yerevan-style balcony. Blackouts ensure restful sleep, while bedside lamps offer a cozy reading nook. "Canvas" is more than an apartment; it's a journey into the artist's world, where each element tells a story, inviting guests to appreciate art and creativity in a new light. Other things to note 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
