The property can sleep 4 guests in total as there is a sofa bed and has a number of amenities close by such as bars, restaurants, the beach and Estepona port which are just a quick stroll away. The complex also offers a large communal swimming pool and tennis courts free for guests to use. Free parking is available outside of the property. Travel cot and highchair also included. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is in an older building and occasional drain odours may occur, even after our cleaners clean the drains. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We do not offer a meet & greet service. 🔑 Key collection is from our office only, as follows: • Monday to Friday (10:00 – 16:00): Our team will be at the office to hand over the keys in person. • Saturday, Sunday & outside office hours: Keys must be collected from a secure lockbox, located on the left-hand side of our office doors. We will send over detailed instructions to the number you provide upon booking & confirm your arrival time prior to your arrival, if the lockbox is required details will be provided. The pool is only open during the summer months.
