Other things to note 🔷 Important Notes - Please confirm your agreement with these rules before booking: - For the privacy and comfort of all guests and neighbors, drones are not permitted anywhere on the property or neighbors property. ⛔️ No Parties or Extra Visitors: Strictly prohibit any parties or additional visitors. Absolutely no more than 11 people on the property at one time, including any vendors. ⛔️ Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. To maintain peace in our quiet neighborhood, please observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. No loud noise should be made inside or outside the house during this time, as our home is very close to our neighbors. If any disruptions disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Violations of these rules, including hosting private parties, will incur a $1,000 charge. Ensuring a quiet community and a comfortable stay is our priority. - Absolutely no more than 5 cars. - We ask that any music played outdoors be during daytime hours and kept at a reasonable volume. - We reserve the right to shut down and remove any unapproved events from the premises and cancel the remainder of the reservation if rules are not adhered to.
