The large 3 bedroom + loft units are approximately 2100 sq ft and in addition to the living room, feature a second sitting/TV area at the top of the stairs that is great for the kids, providing them with their own area to hang, and offers a second sleep sofa (in addition to that in the living room) thus enabling the units to comfortably sleep up to 10. The third bedroom will always sleep two while it could have two twins (can be made up as king upon request in advance) or queen. As such king/queen setup all bedrooms is always available, king/queen setup two bedrooms and two twins one bedroom is always available, king one bedroom with two twins two bedrooms can be requested but can not be guaranteed.
