The space It is ~500 sqft unit well-lit unit that is recently renovated with latest stove range and new floors The space is well lit and has own bathroom and private unit entrance and common building stairway that is outside the units. You will NOT go through other units to access your airbnb. Guest access You will be provided a key code upon confirming your reservation. The code is to access the outer building door. individual units will be left open and there is a key inside the unit for use after you are checked in. when checking out, you'll leave the key inside and leave the airbnb unit door open for our cleaner to access. Other things to note staircase and climbing: This is a 3-floor townhome converted into Airbnb. This unit is on floor 3 and will require climbing the type of stairs that you find in normal townhomes. extra guest bedding arrangement: If you book for more than 2 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide rollaway bed and air mattress. We provide up to one rollaway bed for this unit. The place will comfortably sleep 3 people (1 queen mattress and a rollaway bed with mattress). Message us your requirements, such as estimated time of arrival and pets, if any, while booking, so we can prepare for your stay. For guests more than 2, the options are one twin rollaway mattress, one twin air mattress and one couch. Please note that this is a 500 sqft (typically larger than most DC/NYC type rooms). But we’ll be happy to accommodate you if you are looking for an affordable, quick stay for 4-5 people.
