Plenty of space in the Front Entry for coats and shoes. >The Custom Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of amenities. Enjoy the large granite counter top peninsula with stools and an open floor plan for gathering. >The Living Area has custom privacy blinds, a 55” smart TV with Amazon FireStick and many streaming accounts (Popcorn provided), plus many pillows and throw blankets to cuddle up with. On request, add a queen or twin air mattress with bedding. >The updated Bathroom is bright and clean with a linen closet, white towels, and a shower/tub combo with bathing products. >The Bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and rest. Both bedrooms have black out curtains, ceiling fans, bathrobes, luggage racks and that well needed fan for soothing white noise. The King Suite has end tables, USB outlets and sconce lighting on each side of the comfortable bed. Enjoy the mounted 55" smart TV and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed and space for a twin air mattress if needed. The desk/work station in this room can easily be turned into an office. -The fully fenced-in Back Yard is private with a lawn and patio area. Enjoy the 3 burner BBQ with a back up propane refill, a fire pit ready and stocked with wood, patio furniture, a dining table set and a shade umbrella for warmer months. >The basement level Laundry Room has an outside entrance with stairs. It also has nice storage space to lock up bikes or gear. Note that the ceilings are low in the basement, so watch your head if you are tall. Guest access Self check-in with keypad. The house is on a corner so you can park in front or on the side of the house for street parking, or use the driveway on the other side of the house. Other things to note *By making a booking, guests agree to Park in Front of the Property or in the driveway and not in front of any neighboring properties. Even if you have a couple of cars or a moving van or truck and trailer, we can accommodate your parking needs. (My friendly neighbors will appreciate it too :) *By making a booking, guests accnowledge the Low Head Clearance in the basement laundry room that has an outdoor entry with stairs.
