Our bright apartment of 70 m2 is located in the coolest area of Madrid, between the Barrio de las Letras and Lavapies, just 4 minutes walk from the Reina Sofia Museum and 11 minutes walk from the Prado Museum. The apartment is ideal for exploring the area on foot, as it allows you to reach most of the tourist sites, such as Gran Via, a 17-minute walk away. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building without elevator, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is necessary to climb stairs to access. The property was recently renovated in August 2023. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with dining table - a separate kitchen - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of size 150x190 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 size - 1 bathroom Being on the 1st floor, right in the center of Madrid, it is a noisy location. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house is heated by 3 electric radiators in the bedrooms and in the living room. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 air conditioner units with heat pump in both bedrooms. The hot water is provided by a 75 liters electric water heater: once it is exhausted, you just have to wait for the water heater to be filled again. Restricted area by car: If you come by car, take into account the new regulations, which require you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
