The apartment is a few steps away from Alvaro Obregon Av where you'll find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to explore like Rosetta, Blanco Colima, Cancino and Orinoco. It's also walking distance from The Angel of Independence and 2.3km away from the Chapultepec Forest and the Anthropology museum. The location is close to the metrobus and city bikes. Since the apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods so there is a possibility that there can be some noise. The space We have modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, and spa-grade linens. Stay connected with super-fast WiFi and enjoy Smart Home technology. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to cook during your stay. The apartment is private and the only areas that are shared are the hallways and the terrace. As the apartment is located in one of the most popular neighbourhoods there can be noise from the streets and buildings. There's also a neighbouring apartment that causes potential for noises. We provide earplugs for your comfort, if you can't find them please ask me so I can support you. Guest access You'll be able to access the apartment using a smart lock code, this way you can forget about the pain of carrying keys or a card. We also count with 24/7 security at the door. Other things to note • The building has both, elevator and stairs, so you can adapt depending on your preference. The Main entrance has a few stairs up. • Please note that the apartments/studios are small, and due to the water boiler being installed inside of the closet, when opening the hot water there may be a combustion smell. We inspect the apartments before and after your stay to ensure your safety. • Arriving early or leaving late? You can leave your luggage at the reception for free, just let me know in advance and I'll take care of it (if you need Early check-in or Late check-out ask me for more details)! • Traveling with a car? Although I don't have a parking space to offer for this apartment, there're two parking lots around the corner. •For stays longer than 14 days we offer a complimentary weekly cleaning. If your stay is shorter than 14 days and you require your room to be cleaned, we do offer cleaning at an extra cost.
