You may encounter coquí frogs singing at night 🐸, curious lizards 🦎, sun-loving iguanas 🦖, and other friendly tropical insects. They are harmless and part of the island’s charm 🌿 However… if frogs, lizards, iguanas, or bugs make you nervous, uncomfortable, or scream-run-inside level scared 😅 👉 Casa Serena may not be the right fit for you. If you love nature, peaceful country vibes, and an authentic tropical experience, welcome to paradise! 🌺✨ ✨ Please note: No refunds, discounts, or cancellations are issued due to tropical wildlife sightings or sounds. They come free with the authentic island experience. 😉 👨‍👩‍👧 Children & Safety For everyone’s safety, we only welcome children ages 13 and up. They should always be under the supervision of their parents. ⚡ Power & Water Should there be an outage, don’t worry, the villa has a backup generator and water supply so you’ll stay comfortable. 🚗 Transportation Uber isn’t available in our area. To explore and move around with ease, we highly recommend renting a car. 🎉 Respect & Gatherings We love peaceful stays. Parties and loud gatherings aren’t allowed to keep a calm environment and respect our neighbors. More than 4 guests is considered a party and may result in extra fees or cancellation. ✨ Care for Our Home Our beautiful kitchen and bathroom countertops are crafted with exotic Puerto Rican wood, please avoid placing hot or sharp items directly on them. Don’t use strong cleaners like Clorox, Tylex, acetone, etc. Any damage may require repair charges. 🏡 House Items Kindly leave decorative pieces, towels, and kitchen utensils where they belong so the next guests can enjoy them too. 🗑 Cleaning & Trash Please remove all trash before checkout and avoid leaving food in the kitchens ,we’re in the countryside and like to keep ants and critters away. 🏊 Pool & Swing The pool heater and pump turn on automatically, no need to adjust them. The swing is safe up to 200 lbs; enjoy it, but please use it carefully. 🌄 Location Reminder We’re in the beautiful La Cordillera Central countryside, not on the coast, perfect for peace, cool breezes, and mountain charm. We appreciate you taking care of Casa Serena as if it were your own. 💛
