The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - Property decorated with new, custom-made and modern furniture, open concept environment integrating living room, dining room and kitchen. - 1 Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning; - Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV; - A full kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, blender, pots, dishes and utensils; - Dining room with counter and 2 chairs. - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens. - 200Mb Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space (rotating space) * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
