Our 2-storey home staycation will welcome you with a mix of tropical and modern vibe. Also ideal for both leisure and work setup. ✓ Rooms come with air-conditioning and a scenic balcony! – 2.5ph air-conditioned and surrounded by floor to ceiling glass door in Bedroom 1 (Master's Bedroom) with 2 extra queen-sized mattress. – 1.5ph air-conditioned and 2 queen beds in Bedroom 2. ✓ Sit and relax with our open-space living room using Starlink WIFI. ✓ Have your morning coffee on our breakfast bar. ✓ Enjoy preparing your favorite meals with our spacious and fully equipped kitchen with our 8-sitter dining table. ✓ 1 big bathroom with bathtub, hot shower and complimentary toiletries. ✓ Housekeeping (can be requested) to maintain full relaxation and cleanliness. Our island staff is available at 8AM - 5PM, kindly coordinate/schedule cleaning and refills. ✓ Our staycation is available for daily/weekly rent. Guest access Locked cabinets are for private things, kindly respect it. No smoking, outsiders and parties are allowed inside the Homestay. Please keep glass doors and windows closed esp at the 2F to help prevent/minimize bugs from coming inside. We are in the island so please expect that some things are not readily available esp on wee hours. No Parties or Events: Please observe our quiet hours at night in respect to our neighbors and we dont allow uninvited guests in respect with Municipal Ordinance (to prevent untoward incidents). Keep it Clean: Please put all trash in designated bins and kindly inform us or the island staff if it needs to be replaced already, for housekeeping just tell us your available time. We have COMPLIMENTARY toiletries, bath towels, drinking mineral water upon check in. Energy Conservation: Kindly turn off ALL AC units when leaving the homestay. For Early check ins (earlier than 3PM) and Late check outs (later than 11AM): Kindly inform us first to see the availability of the current/previous or incoming guests. Enjoy the island! 🤙
