The space Appropriate for a "one" single person "only" Guest access There is a double security gate to go through before entering the property. The guest may purchase a transponder and pay a fee of $25. Transponder will be deactivated last day of the lease. The guest has access to Comm. Recreation Center, tennis courts, pool, spa and nature trails. Other things to note No parties or loud music allowed. No guests overnight allowed.
