Other things to note The house is located in an area where a cargo train occasionally passes through, which can be noisy. However, with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors, it is much quieter than it used to be. The train doesn't honk, so you’ll hardly notice it passing by. The house is a duplex, but you will have complete privacy on your side, including the hot tub and BBQ area.
