Our 36sqm. 1BR unit is simple yet functional equipped with 55 inch Smart TV, 300MBPS WiFi, 2 Split-Type Aircon, hotel feel like bed and linens. Guest access - Swimming pool is available for guest to use Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please message us first if you wish to use the facility. - Gym is located nearby with for a fee. Please reach us to us for further details. Other things to note 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and in all public areas of the building. A Php5,000 fee fine will be collected incase. 2. Unit price is good for two. Extra person charge is 500/night per pax after 2 guest. 3. Parking - Paid parking is available in Basement 2 of the building. 4. Please declare all guests, the building will be asking for Identification Cards. 5. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to unit availability. If available we charge 350/hour. 6. Bag drop service is available to all arriving and departing guest. Kindly message us if you wish to avail of this service. Leaving of personal belonging in the lobby is not allowed. 7.
