There is only one small shared wall that is in the entryway/mudroom of the home. The outdoor space is yours to use in full although we do ask the guests be mindful of others staying in the apartment and just not spend time around their outdoor living space, which is quite minimal comparatively. The only potential interaction possibility would be in the driveway. Other things to note The barn has nothing of any use except in its quaint visual setting on the property - and is used by the homeowner for storage - so we ask guests to please respect that space and stay out of it.
