Relax in the pool by the forest in a centric location! We offer you a bright room with private views of the garden and an independent entry. We are located 5min by car from the main beaches and downtown in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast and laundry are available for a small fee. The room has a queen bed, a small sofa bed, Wifi, TV with Netflix, Aircon, Fan, a comfortable desk, mini fridge, electric oven, coffee maker and water filter. The space The room is in the first floor, inside a house. The room has its independent entry from the street and direct access to the garden and the pool. We rent the room (not the entire house). We are located besides the forest and have a unique view of the trees and many birds that come to our garden, maybe during your stay you will be waken up by the chachalacas, a famous local bird that is very loud. If you rent a car it can be left outside the house with no problem, since the neighborhood is very safe. Guest access We have electronic locks, both in the gate from the street and in the door to your room. Upon your confirmation we will provide you the access code, so you can self check in to your convenience. Other things to note We have a small sofa bed (Suitable for kids) that can be put in the room if you are 3 guests. We clean the room every 3 days. Bed-sheets and towels are changed every 6 days if you stay for more than a week. About the room, one of the walls has big windows that face to a small garden which is in the edge of the house, this wall has no curtains but no one uses this area so it is completely private and it is left like this, so the guest can enjoy the greenery just for themselves. Also, occasionally we have seen spiders and scorpions in the garden, but we have mosquito nets in all the windows and doors and fumigate often to avoid them.
