Welcome to our charming home in the delightful town of Baldwin City, known for its vibrant festivals and stunning autumn foliage. Nestled in close proximity to Baker University, this cozy home provides a comfortable and convenient stay for visitors seeking to explore all that this enchanting community has to offer. The main level includes one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a living room with two sitting areas, and a well-equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining area provides a cozy spot to savor them together. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One room has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds. Nestled between the bedrooms is bathroom with a tub (not a shower). In the basement you’ll find another living space with a full-size Murphy bed and a full bathroom. There is also a washer & dryer in the utility area.
