There is so much to see and do in the nearby area, we want the Guest House to feel like a comfortable retreat where you can recharge your batteries and reconnect with each other. At the center of the home is a full kitchen, which looks upon the sun room, dining area, and living room. Around the corner, the first floor bedroom offers a King bed and easy access for inter-generational groups. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with 2 Twin beds, making it an ideal family space. The sun room offers a bonus sleeping area, with a day bed and trundle that can serve as a King bed or 2 Twin beds. The open-concept living area makes it easy for everyone to find their separate corners to relax and offer a sense of togetherness. Xfinity Wi-Fi offers remote-work options. Cable TV and board games are provided. We have a steady alpine breeze but when needed, ceiling fans, window AC units, box fans, and solar heat/cooling pumps offer respite from the heat in the summer. Temperatures are usually in the 70s-90s. Swimming is available in the nearby swimming pond. Family friendly amenities include: Pack'n'Play sleeping unit, high chair, play yard, kiddie pool, water table, sand box, swing, slide, fenced back yard, etc. Kitchen amenities: pots and pans, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, knives, cutting boards, spices, oils, dishware, etc. Bring your family to the mountains and enjoy the outdoors all around, with a book by the fireplace in the sun room or taking in the mountain views from the front porch, double chaise lounge, hammock or swing chair.
