Your access includes: The entire four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. The private outdoor deck with the hot tub and BBQ grill. Direct lake frontage. Use of the private boat slip and three provided kayaks (during permitted seasons only). Other things to note Seasonal Dock & Fire Pit: The community dock and adjacent fire pit area are seasonally removed during the winter months. They are scheduled to be reinstalled in April 2026. During this period, they are not available for guest use. Security: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the property's perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home. General Lake Safety: All lake-related activities are undertaken at your own discretion and risk. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near the water.
