The apartment has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of which are en-suites, a large living room with a barbecue grill, and a private parking space. The space LOCATION This space is located in the Costa Bella Building, which is on Rua 1520, number 5. Corner of 904th Street. It is very close to the boardwalk, about a minute's walk, and about a three-minute walk to the sandy beach. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them being en-suites. In total there are two queen beds and two double beds and two single mattresses. Large living room with Smart TV and barbecue grill. Kitchen equipped with utensils for preparing basic meals. We provide bed linen, one bath towel per guest and a microfiber blanket for each bed, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are 5 split air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY Good quality 350mb wi-fi internet in the apartment and two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in one of the suites. GARAGE A private ground-floor parking space that can accommodate up to medium-sized SUVs. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. NOTE: It is not possible to turn on more than two showers in hot water simultaneously. NOTE: The air conditioner in the living room is inoperative indefinitely. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the building's elevator and the building's social entrance. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises. ____________________ NIGHT ARRIVAL: Entries after 6 p.m. are not preferably made in person and the two-stop method is used.
