New bright studio apartment at city wall old town

Located within the historic city wall, Green is a newly renovated and bright place to stay in Nördlingen's old city. The house is located on a charming, quiet street, a short walk from all Nördlingen has to offer. The space Stadtmauer Apartments Green is a very beautiful, bright and newly renovated studio apartment in the most beautiful location in the old town of Nördlinger, right next to the historic city wall. The apartment is not very big but it is very cleverly designed. It offers a very comfortable bed with storage space for 2 people, a cozy seating area with beautiful views of the city walls and a folding table for 2 people to dine at. The new premium kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob and microwave with baking function. Of course, you can also expect a selection of coffee and tea. The separate stylish bathroom offers a spacious shower (no step), a heated towel rail and a sink with plenty of storage space. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. Green is fully equipped for you. From bath products to fresh towels and linens to coffee, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay. Everywhere in the apartment you have very fast WIFI. You will also find a shared, free washing machine and dryer in the house. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Only the house entryway, main staircase and washer/dryer room are shared. Other things to note Parties, pets, smoking and smoking-like activities (both within the building and within 50m) are prohibited. Bedding provided for sofa bed only when booked for 3-4 guests or upon request for an additional fee. Please note, the apartment is right next to the medieval open air amphitheatre on the city wall, called 'Alte Bastei'. This is a big attraction on it's own and the shows are great to watch if you have the opportunity but we also want to note that in the summer months (especially June & July) there are occasionally shows that will play into the evening.
