The cottages are set apart, providing more distance than the neighboring properties. The cottages share a large parking lot in back, adjacent to the alley. Each cottage has a private entrance gate from the parking lot. This is the smaller, back cottage which is situated in back. The larger, front cottage, which is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, is in front on Hawthorne. *Please message if you'd like to rent both spaces. Parties are prohibited.
