Guest access This space Sarang Comfort Stay is managed by Kaba Hospitality, so you’ll have a solid support system during your stay. When you arrive, our front office team will welcome you and help you settle in. They’re available daily from 8 AM – 9 PM, and we’ve got 24/7 security on-site for your peace of mind. You’ll have full access to all shared spaces: pool, rooftop, co-working area, and shared kitchen—basically everything you need to live, work, and chill. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please kindly note: - This property is a co-living space, which mean the guest is living together in a share space, so we appreciate your help in keeping shared areas clean after use - Quiet hours are observed in the evening - No parties or excessive noise are allowed, especially at night—people are working and resting - You are welcome to use all shared facilities provided in-house - For privacy and security, visitors must be approved by the Front Office and are required to present a valid ID before entering the property - A security deposit is required upon check-in: IDR 100,000 per night (short stays) and IDR 2,500,000 (stays longer than 21 nights) - The deposit is payable in cash and will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to the condition of the property.
