The Beautiful Casa Morada do Sol is cozy. Built between the green mountains (Atlantic Forest) and the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room (TV Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, HBO, Disney and + channels), private balcony and 1500m² yard where a stream runs with crystal clear waters and lots of vegetation, birds, bromeliads and typical orchids. It is 5 minutes from São Gonçalo beach, 7 km from Iriri Waterfall, with paradisiacal scenery, and 32 km from Paraty. The space Morada do Sol is located between the city of Angra dos Reis and the charming historic city of Paraty, very close to several tourist attractions. An easily accessible location for those coming from Rio, São Paulo, or the interior of the state. Beaches, islands, waterfalls, sun, trails in the Atlantic forest, blue skies most of the year… water everywhere. The list of fun is endless! It is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and a few minutes from paradisiacal beaches 3 km long, such as São Gonçalo and São Gonçalinho, where there is a whole structure for your food and enjoyment, as well as speedboat rides, kayak rentals and banana boat rides at some times of the year. From there, transfers and boats leave for the islands of Cedro, Lajinha, Peladinho and Pelado, which also have a delicious gastronomic structure with bars and restaurants. There, nature is exuberant for photography, rest, diving, fishing, and everything else you desire. We are 7 km from the Iriri Waterfall, which is very easy to access, close to the beach of the same name. The area is in a Pataxó Indigenous reserve, but you can enter on foot. These are three beautiful waterfalls that end in a refreshing pool that is great for swimming. The kids love it. It is located 32 km from the beautiful historic city of Paraty with the charm of its stone streets, old mansions and unparalleled crafts, today it is one of the most important cultural and gastronomic destinations in Brazil. Dozens of small gourmet restaurants set in historic mansions are an invitation to unforgettable dinners. Paraty is also home to some of the most important cultural events in the country, such as the Paraty International Literary Festival, FLIP, Paraty in Focus and the International Photography Festival. A stream of crystal clear water runs 20 steps from the house's private balcony. There we have bromeliads, orchids and many native trees. On the balcony, we have 3 hammocks from where you can observe birds (Collared doves, Canaries, 7-color tanagers, Sanhaços, Tiês Sangue) and listen to the noise of the stream. In the bedrooms we have two double beds and one single bed, a desk with a lamp for those who work from home, a wardrobe with hangers, an iron, mirrors and a hairdryer. We provide bed linens and pillows. In the spacious kitchen, we have a wide range of utensils for preparing complete meals (Dishes, Cutlery, Glasses, Plates, Pots, Cups, Jugs, Thermos, Pressure Cooker, Pizza Grill, Electric Coffee Maker, Electric Sandwich Maker, Blender, Fruit Squeezer, Refrigerator, 5-Burner Stove, Microwave and much more. In the living room, a 42-inch TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO, Apple TV and many channels), Vinyl Record Player, Stereo and Bluetooth. In the bathroom, always clean, we have a cabinet with a mirror. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hairdryer and towels. The caretaker will be available, but Access to his shed is not allowed. Other things to note The community of São Gonçalo has Caiçara origins. They are fishermen and simple people who work on the beach and with tourism. They are traditional residents. It is a quiet place with local people who have lived there for many generations. Everyone knows and respects each other. The neighborhood is quite peaceful with no history of violence. The road is paved and easy to access.
