Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Immersed in the greenery of the Pisan Chianti, a corner of paradise tastefully furnished to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. A small panoramic swimming pool, exclusive use of guests, will enrich your stay.The house is located 1km from the town of Peccioli, 50 km from Florence and Lucca, 30 km from Pisa. There are many medieval villages to visit in the surrounding area such as Volterra and San Giminiano. Our three cats roam the property. The space Large open-plan studio apartment of 50 sqm, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a panoramic pergola where you can dine while enjoying the sunset, the village of Peccioli, the valley, and the surrounding hills. It is the only apartment on the property dedicated to guests. The view is enchanting and opens directly onto the garden and pool. The pool is exclusively for the use of guests, a maximum of two, from May 1st to September 30th. Things to keep in mind: My family and I live in a house nearby, located on the same property. We access it from the same road, but the entrances, spaces, and gardens are separate. Everyone has their own privacy, which we all respect and value greatly. The garden and pool are private for guests! Guest access The accommodation is located in the Tuscan countryside and there is a short stretch of dirt road to access to access it, not ideal for very low and sporty cars!
