Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The space Our modern and lovingly furnished old building apartment is located in the Brunnmatt district right next to the Inselspital. It is only 5 minutes by public transport to the main train station and the city center of Bern. The public transport stop is in the immediate vicinity, approx. 2 minutes walk from the property. The 4-room apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse built in 1903, which was a listed building until 2020. A garden makes the place special - a green retreat in the middle of the city is rather a rarity. The apartment is equipped with original Bernese parquet and slate flooring. The high-quality furnishings are selected with a lot of love for detail: * Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180 x 200), 2 nightstands and a spacious dresser *Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160 x 200), bedside table, clothes rack and storage compartments * Office / room: Features a couch, which can be converted into a sofa bed and offers space to stay for 1 person (sleeping area approx. 110 x 185). A small desk and direct access to a small balcony give this room that certain something. Built-in closet available. * Kitchen: Amenities include a fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven, steamer, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster as well as dishes and cooking material. A small supply of vinegar, oil, spices and tea is also available. A table can accommodate 2 people. 10 coffee capsules are included. * Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink as well as underfloor heating make the modern bathroom a small oasis of well-being. Hairdryer available. 3 rolls of toilet paper are included. * Living room: In the living room there is a cozy corner sofa, a TV and a dining table for 6 people. The living room also leads directly to the cozy veranda. * Veranda: The veranda is equipped with two large, comfortable armchairs. Guest access Entire accommodation including private bathroom and kitchen. Laundry room and garden for common use. Other things to note *Linen: bed, kitchen and bath linen included. A change of linen during the stay is possible on request for a fee. * Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request and for a fee. Let us know if you are interested. On request and with advance notice, we will gladly provide a baby travel bed free of charge, including bedding and/or a high chair. *Parking: A parking space is available and included in the price. * Washing machine: The property has a laundry room for common use. A washing machine is reserved for our guests and washing is included in the price.
